Easy read versions of patient leaflets and posters

Hi I am the safewards lead for central acute services within Norfolk. I am working with 3 wards (male, female and PICU) to implement the safewards model from April 1st. A lot of preparation has been undertaken by our teams, however one area that I would find most helpful would to find out if anyone has produced a 'easy read' version of Safewards. This would support our SUs who struggle to cognitively process information due to their mental state or LD.

Rather than starting from the drawning board, if anyone has any examples they are willing to share I would be very appreciative.
