Taliesin Ward is pleased to have introduced the Positive Wards intervention as a regular feature of our handovers. Due to the focus on negative symptoms related to a patient's illness, it is easy to lose sight of the positive aspects of an individual. By using the Positive Words intervention we aim to emphasise the person's potential and give a more balanced view of the person in keeping with holistic principles of care.
