My name is Haley Jackson and I am currently working as Reserach Nurse for Humber NHS Foundation Trust. I have been tasked with evaluating the implementation of the Safewards project upon our acute admission and treatment units. I have attached an excel evaluation template which I have used to interpret data from our Patient-Staff conflict shift reports. The spreadsheet allows you input your local data and will autimatically produce easy to read and display graphical data. It has brief instructions included within it and is also useful for comparing between periods data
