Geoff joined us in Ipswich earlier this month so that we could start to look at introducing the safewards interventions across our wards at Woodlands. Around 30 staff attended sessions and the level of enthusiasm was brilliant. Following this staff have forwarded me their thoughts and comments about using safewards interventions which we plan to use with the wider roll out across our wards.
