Yes, nursing does rock!

Len Bowers presented Safewards at the South London and Maudsley (SLaM) "Nursing Rocks!" conference. Organised by the nursing directorate, the conference was extremely well attended, as the picture shows.

It was a chance to say huge and heartfelt thanks to the 6 SLaM wards that participated in the trial. SLaM actually put some projects on hold to allow the trial to have a clear run (as did other Trusts) – which shows what buy in we had from nurses at all levels.

We were delighted to be there.
