we have now got the greenlight and buy in from the DN and are getting started at Prospect Park Hospital. We will implement via our improving safety in mental health collaborative as it fits in well with this workstream. Some of our ward managers would like to visit a ward already up and running if possible?
We have a ward here at the Maudsley that has offered to provide this service. Geoff will send you the contact details for the Ward Manager separately so you can set up a visit. Let me know when you are coming and if I am around I will say hello.

I am assuming that Sorrel PICU is going to be included, in which care there are PICU's in Glocester, Bangor (Wales), East London and also Dorset that might be worth a contact.
