Planning and implementation

Rebecca Johnson and myself have been busy on Keats ward GMW Meadowbrook.
We have begun collecting evidence to support the implementation on our ward and have been surprised by the enthusiasm of not only the majority of staff but also by the patients.
The other staff we will pull along..... as this change in practice is not optional!!
A patient has drawn and peers have helped paint our tree in the activity room, photos to follow.

Will keep you updated as we go along. We are constantly seeking support from the Safewards website and its very easy to navigate.

Welcome to the forum. I'm very impressed with your progress so far. Looking forward to seeing more photographs and hearing more.

I am not surprised by the patient support. This happened in several places during the pilot and the trial too. Patients also respond particularly powerfully to the Mutual Help Meeting.
