Our multi-disciplinary unit team during the past 9 months have generated and developed an awareness of the structure and an understanding of the process of The Safewards Model.

As a RMSFP Unit team we hope every day to learn and change as part of our experience of sharing care with each other. The Safewards Model is an outstanding evidence based research instrument to inform, direct and guide our process of learning and change. Best wishes.
