Smoke free grounds in acute in-patient units

Dear Safewards Colleagues,
I would be most grateful for any pointers as to how others have used the Safewards approach when implementing smoke free grounds in psychiatric in-patient units - acute and secure settings. If there are any specfic guidelines - or experience, please do share your knowledge and expertise as we are in the planning stage. Our staff are very concerned about the prospect of increasing aggression and undermining ability to facilitate staff to use the Recovery approach.
