Welcome - Know Each Other

Hi

I have to complete an improvement project as part of my preceptorship. I want to implement the Know Each Other file. However, I have to show how the file has improved relationships/communication with staff and fellow patients. I just wanted to ask for any ideas on how to measure or demonstrate relationships/communication value/content before and after the implementation of this intervention.
