Hello all,

I am new :)

I am a Healthcare Worker working in a female medium-secure unit.

I am due to be giving a presentation tomorrow to the team as we are going to be implementing the Safewards model on our ward. Feeling really enthusiastic about the initiative and really hope it takes off...
