Hi everyone, We are having our SAFEWARDS training day tomorrow ready for the implementation of the model in our SMHRU (Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit) commencing in two weeks.
The team are 'chomping-at-the-bit" to get started.

25+ years working in Mental health in Co Durham and Darlington Len. I've endured plenty North east winters. Enjoying the warmth of the Sunshine State.
Thursday was a great success. Staff are highly motivated to implement the Safewards Model.
