I am new to the forum, I manage a hospital for older people with complex needs and challenging behaviour - a high number have varying degrees of cognitive impairment. I think the Safeward model has a place within this type of environment and wondered if anyone has used any of the interventions or modified them to fir within this setting. I would be interested to hear from you
