I think you can present the simple model and then the interventions - but don't go not too much detail as that takes a long time. Have a look at Lens presentation earlier to get the idea of how to explain the simple model. Broad brush strokes with the promise of more to come. You could print off the papers in “technical model” to show people - but again tantalise and get them intersted.
Key things to emphasise for implementation - No training required (teams already have the skill base), start with one or two and build up (no need to do all ten at one), evaluation to suit the ward (no audits or paperwork that you don't want), minimal cost (few hundred for equipment and printing), evidence base already provided
and people who are implementing have given you loads of photos of interventions – use them if you need to.
