I do think these look fantastic, but I also think that care needs to be taken with photographs. The intervention is for staff, but also for patients to do. The aspect of KNOW EACH OTHER is not necessarily for staff to know each othe better, but for the two groups - staff and patients- to have a better knowledge of each other around neutral topics, I am not sure that patients will be fully comfortable with photographs and don't think this should be ab expectation as it might put some people off. . Of course, you could use an image instead of a photograph - a bit like I do for my web avatar, but this should be clearly stipulated as an option and probably extended to staff?
They do look really good though!
