We're just beginning the journey of implementing safe ward model on my medium secure female forensic ward. Very exciting with lots of point that will provide challenging in the environment but looking forward to getting stuck in and hoping I can grab some inspiration and ideas from here! Tracey!

Thanks for letting me know. I try to keep track of what's happening so that I can put people in touch with each other. For example, you may want to contact the Edenfield Unit in Manchester, as I know they have been implementing Safewards and they also have a female ward I think.
