Last week we thanked the wards, this week we thanked the Trust.

Francis Thompson and Sue Hiscocks organised a Trust wide event which was attended by a range of people – including some service user experts. Another good session and good questions and comments. One very good point was that it would be great to do some follow ups on patient experience of Safewards – so I was able to quote Sian Williams post about action research in Wales. Ta Sian!
