Hi I am new to the Forum and currently looking to implemet Safe Wards across our inpatient Units, we have a querie regading licenencing issues for the use of IPODS and wonder how services may be managing this. any advice/thoughts welcome.
I am not a legal expert, so this represents informal advice. However if you buy a cd for each ipod loaded, that is surely ok. The alternative is to download royalty free music from the internet, of which there are many sources. Anything marked as 'creative commons' license is available to use freely.
