The way we work with conflict resolution in our wards can find good inspiration from Safe Wards, and I'm looking very much foreward to hearing Len Bowers in Nyborg in march.
When we teach conflict-work, we use a model of conflict (de-)escalation as a basic tool. It's attached here - and of course it needs some explanation, but maybe some of you can make some use of the model. Soft words are so to speak a kind of "green language" in that model.
